As the issue only appears for the specified PR , it seems the data provider of that report may fail to fetch data. Please involve your technical engineer to check if any data may be missing or why no data may be fetched. Thank you.

No, the issue is only with this PR, if issue is for all then may be dp classes should be check.
Agree that it may be expensive to do some technical investigation on the data provider for only one PR, but it may be hard to figure out why the issue appears without further investigation. One easier approach is to use trace parser for the report generation process to get the SQL for the report and then determine why not data may be fetched. Thank you.
