What are the limitations of Bing maps. And apart from Bing maps, is there any other available out of the box?

Hello Madhan,

OOB BingMaps is the only supported type of maps.

If you're on the latest version - keep an eye on my blog/youtube/github because I plan to release PCF controls that support BingMaps/AzureMaps/GoogleMaps.

Hi MadhanSA,

Bing Maps are the only maps supported out of the box. You can learn how to configure Bing Maps in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement here.

Google Maps are not supported out of the box, but you can get them working with JavaScript. This is also a good option.

Here is a link to a Google Maps Solution for Dynamics 365 v8.0+. It will allow you to insert a Google Maps web resource in the CRM entity form and show addresses on the map.
