Hi Friends,

Can someone tell me where I can find out "Data import/export framework" installed and running on?

    Hi Ganriver,

    You can check if DIXF service is running or not on Services screen:

    You should validate DIXF setup via Data import/export framework > Setup > Data import export framework parameters form:

    It must be green check after clicking Validate button.

    Hello River,

    You need to check in the setup of Ax 2012 if the components for DIXF are installed or not. You can check if the media is stored in your directory or contact the system administrator.
