However, If you are looking to get a certification, the best option is to take a course and appear in a certificate exam:

On this link you will see fee and instructor lead programs (paid), once you complete the course and confident enough you register for an exam to get certified.

I would suggest:
- Choose a certification in the domain that suits your JD/Interest
- Go through the Online Free course (shared on the certification page).
- If you are confident enough, apply for an Exam with a double-shot (you get two chances to clear the exam).
- If needed, take an instructor lead course.
- Also, if you search youtube for a topic, you will get multiple useful videos (by Microsoft and other community members).
