Why I cannot see Contact table or other tables in segment-list in Real-time Marketing entity-field?
Outbound marketing side we have several tables available for segments .

Are you using custom pages?
The real-time marketing segment is shown below and supports only lead or contact entities:

There are multiple types of segments to be aware of in Dynamics:
- Sales Segments (part of Sequences, afaik)
- Marketing Outbound Segments (target: contacts)
- Marketing Relatime Segments (target: contacts or leads)
I assume, you have the Sales Segments in your navigation.
