Time zone issue

Hi Guys,

I have a time zone problem, I don't know if you've had this. This date field is a "Time Zone independent", When I search for data in this field by date, such as Jan 4, But the search turned up data from Jan 3, but not Jan 4. In the system I set the time zone of Beijing(GMT + 8), I don't know what I should do to fix this problem.

Hi Partner,

May I know for which entity you are trying to search the records,

if this timezone issue is observed in all the entities or a specific entity records

Hi Vinay,

I just check my machine timezone, they are the same， both are UTC + 8. Do you have any other suggestions？

Hi,

Can you check if your machine timezone and CRM user timezone (Personalization Settings-->General-->Time Zone) are same ?

Make it same hope this will solve the problem.
