Account Hierarchy missing

Hello everyone!

Account Hierarchy seems to be missing.  When I open the Active Accounts view (or any view) the Hierarchy icon is missing.  The option is also missing from the Account page as well.

I'm pretty sure this is an out-of-box functionality, and it appears to be set up correctly when I check 'Account-Hierarchy Settings' in the Customization menu.

Everything is working correctly in our Test environment, and I've tried multiple browsers.  I have the System Administrator role, so this isn't a security issue.

I may be missing something completely obvious here.

I have the same question (0)

Same issue happening to us, I'm talking about the Account hierarchy view button and not the Org chart.

    Where did it go??

    Ηello,

Microsoft announced that Hierarchy control in model-driven apps is deprecated.

    Also, it said that

If the hierarchy view is essential to your app, a custom PCF control that handles the hierarchy view must be created and deployed. For information about how to create a code component, go to Create and build a code component.

But I don't know how to do that.

Also, Microsoft only deprecate the view of account hierarchy or all thing.
If for example I want to see all opportunities under of account, could l still do that ?

In the linked article it states that this can be reactivated until fully deprecated in April 2025:
You can enable the control until its removed in the product by editing the app settings. Go to Power Apps (make.powerapps.com) and open the app you want for editing. Then go to Settings > Features tab and enable the Enable the "View hierarchy" capability setting.
