Importing Contact error (data map error)

Hey everyone,

I'm trying to import Contacts from PRD to DEV for testing purposes. Anyway, I tried importing via an excel file and also csv but I keep getting a data map error.

After this message if I'm feeling a bit stubborn and hoping that somehow clicking on Finish Import will do the trick, this is the next error message I receive:

What do i do to avoid pulling my hair further?

    Hi SB,

    Is there optionset data type field in column of your excel file?

    Try to create a copy of original file, remove most of rows and keep only several top rows to do a simple import job.(please also remove optionset column),

    if it could work, then troubleshoot on whether optionset value in PRD not match to value in DEV.

    If it not works, please kindly share columns(fields) and their corresponding data type from your file, I'll try to reproduce your issue.
