Packing slip journal - Order Tracking Missing

Greetings,

Were having a problem in few days from now that were not able to view the tracking number information on the packing slip journal of the sales order. 

from the packing slip journal > click order tracking tab 

then below is the tracking number grid were the tracking number information should appear.

Anyone had this experience and solution?

    You are using the Shipping carrier interface?

    How are you populating the data in tables that the form is displaying?

    Hi Tim and Steven,

    Were using a shipping carrier interface. we usually view that tracking number in the grid. on how we are populating that data that i still need to ask to our dev.

    So with the Shipping carrier interface either the users enter the tracking data when you post the sales order packing slip (the interface is flagged as in 'test' mode) - or, more normally, you get data directly from your carrier. In either case, your internal developers or IT support should be able to help.

    Yes i guess the internal developers should be the one to look into this.
