Why cant i get Dynamics nav 2016 on MSDN?

I have a MSDN subscribtion, but can only find Nav up to 2015?

Sorry, but the download is not available at MSDN. You can get there some older versions. You can download the product through customer source or partner source only.

Maybe when NAV 2017 arrives... There's no official date or calendar for that, not like Windows Server or other "classic" products.

I can get the 2015 from msdn, so i just have to use that
What is the purpose of the same? For learning or actual use?
If you want to test the product you can also open an Azure evaluation suscription, and deploy a Virtual Machine with the Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2016 template :-)
