Would it be possible for someone from Microsoft to provide some insights into what is happening with Customer Insights?
The CI Blog has not had a post in almost 6 months. The CI Roadmap has been under the "Coming Soon" section for about the same amount of time. The product has been "GA" for a year, yet, very few updates. For a couple of days now we have been getting errors "Couldn't load scale unit regions" (yes a ticket has been submitted).
These are not good data points.
Some updated information would go a long way towards building confidence that our investments in CI are worthwhile.
