Time and Attendance Payroll for Special Day

Hello,

I'm currently setting up payroll information in the module Time and Attendance in FnO. There are various options how to analyse entered time entries and apply the correct hourly rates. it works good so far, with one exceptions: Working on special days does not use the rates I entered for them.

For example, I set up July 4th as a special day. If I go to the Calculate or Approval form, and no hours were entered, the system will correctly calculate 8 hours of absence, and with the according pay code. But if I enter hours for an employee it calculates the regular pay codes and hourly rates for a Monday, instead of those I entered for a special day in the payment agreement. This is not what I would expect.

What I have set up:

-Profiles: the time profiles where I define which time profile (standard time, overtime, etc) applies from Monday to Sunday

-Pay agreement: I define from Monday to Sunday and for Special day which pay codes apply (100% for standard tome from Mo-Su, extra rate for overtime in the night shift, standard time with even higher rate for Special day)

As I said, the setup seems to be generally correct since I get the correct calculations, except for special days.

Am I missing a parameter or setup?

Best regards Ingmar
