How to activate a deactivated web link?

Our project team didn't want to go live with Forums, so I disabled the web link in the Primary web link set. When I did that it said I can activate it again in the 'web link' view. I would like to enable this again, but for the life of me cannot find it. I tried to recreate the link but are unable to add a sort number to it like the system view did. Where do I fin the 'web link' view? I tried deactivating the whole 'web link set' but didn't help. Any suggestions please?

Hi,

Under the "Primary Navigation" web link set go to the Links subgrid, click on the table icon on the top right corner, which will take you to the associated view of web links, there change the view to Inactive web link to see inactive web link records. You can activate it from there.
