Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2 V4 Hyper-V - Visual Studio, Application View missing

I downloaded this in the last 2 weeks. Is it possible that VS tools AX component has not been run? Is anyone else faced with this issue? Is anyone who downloaded this in the last 2 weeks actually seeing this. Also, in the Tools window the Dynamics tab is missing. Any help welcome.

    Do you mean the in VS you are not getting Application Explorer (AOT view)?

    If so the you need to verify following point

    * Have you installed the Dynamics AX Visual Studio Tool, We have a option to install it Dynamics AX installation wizard

    * If you have already installed it then you need to check if Visual studio is getting open with valid Dynamics AX client configuration

    That is what I mean. Do you find it otherwise? Can you see Application Explorer in VS?

    On the VPC, isn't present the AX Setup media.

    If you open VS 2010 and go through View\Application Explorer.

    What happen?

    I see all the normal Views apart from Application Explorer. I should be fair to you and let you know that I am a senior technical consultant and I actually presenting what I see is a "weird" situation.
