Hold codes & Credit setups in Call Center

Hi,

How do I setup the Hold Codes and Credit fields on the New Call centre form. I have tried to add Order hold codes from the Sales & Marketing Order hold code setups, but I cannot view the data I have created, under the hold codes field on the New Call Centre form.

Hi Neeta,

You must create 'Info codes' to select them in the 'Hold code' and 'Credit' fields while creating a new 'Call center'

Path: Retail and Commerce > Channel setup > Info codes

You can find the drop down on the field 'Hold code' mention it has 'Info code number' as a header where the data comes from.

Hi Neeta,

You must create 'Info codes' to select them 'Credit' fields as well while creating a new 'Call center'

All the setup exists in 'Info codes' form.

Hi Buli,

Thank you for guiding me through the Credit field too. I had checked it yesterday, but somehow the values did not appear in the Credit field dropdown while they were visible in the Hold Codes field drop down.

Today, I can see the values in both the drop down of Hold codes and Credit fields. I guess the forms did not refresh or may be I had to log out and relogin, but all good now.
