I have configured the Leave and absence plan with the below configuration.

But, if I enroll the employee on the employment start date and run the Accrual process, the available and the current balance is still showing 0 values.
For e.g., for the below employee: For an employee whose hire date is 5/15/2023 and if he is enrolled in the plan as that of employment start date then the balances should reflect the values accordingly.
But as you can see below it is showing 0 for, the available and the current balance. For employees who are hired prior to 2023, the system is showing correct available and current balances.
