I am working on Field Service Module in MS CRM 365 online. I have a Dropdown Box "Project" in Filter area in Schedule Board.Based on Project selection, i need to update the Unscheduled Work Orders view. Please let me know how to do this requirement?
As far as I know there's no Out of the box way to achieve that, However If you would like to add fields to "Unscheduled Work Order" - tab at the bottom of the screen you can do with the following steps
Go to the entity: "Resource Requirement"
Find the view: "Unscheduled Work Order Requirements"
This will add your fields to the view. If you are adding field from related entities you will experience problems with filtering on that tab. Please add some new field in the entity "Resource Requirements" and work flows that fill out these field with the proper values.
With "Unscheduled Work Orders view" you mean the one in the bottom in the requirements panel? The only element in the search panel that can affect the requirement panel is the territory field. You might play with the DOM but unfortunately I doubt there is a supported way to achieve what you asked for. You can however apply a manual filter in the list.
