Hello Guys,
I have created a custom form and and a custom workflow , now i want to add this custom workflow to the custom form. what are the steps i need to follow in order to achieve it. I have created custom workflow using this reference (devmusings.blog/.../) . Like in built workflow in D365 , how can i tag and active my custom workflow to this form.
My requirement for the flow is mentioned below.
1:On the form or on the standard toolbar menu there should be on one button(Send for approval) which will send form for the approval.
2: On click event a email should go to the approver with the link of this form so that he can open and chose the respected action (Approve/reject/hold)
3: On behalf of the approver action an email notification should send to the user.
4: Form status should be changed as per the current state. (Sent for approval/ Rejected/on hold/ Approved)
