Hi guys,

I have error when running my first RSAT. In DevOps which is failed, an error like this ->

First of all, I ran this in Hyper-V VM, which is the VM is from LCS Downloadable VHD, is this consider as a Tier-1 environment ? Also the F&O is up and running fine when I stuck in this RSAT.

As in the document, here are what I already did :

1. RSAT Setting, for Thumbprint, I click the "New" button, so it will generate new thumbprint.

2. Make sure of the numbers by open CERTLM.MSC, make sure it's in Personal\Certificates and Trusted Root Certificates

3. Edit WIF.config, to add this new thumbprint for key 127.0.0.1

4. In IIS -> Binding, I noticed there is no SOAP, so I'm adding it manually and add "soap" after the computer name like below :

5. Restart IIS

But when I ran this RSAT, those error occurred. Anything that I missed out ? I'm using EDGE though, when it first ran, it give me notification I need to update driver and I did.

Should I use Chrome instead ? also when installing RSAT at the first time, I didn't recall it is installing Selenium, is it because it is needed for Chrome not Edge ?

Thanks,

RE: RSAT Error : Incorrect address or SOAP

    Hi Judy,

What is the reason if at first in the web.config, this parameters also empty ?

Even after I add the SOAP host setting manually in IIS, like described on step 4.

But anyway, I added it myself, but still returned error (after IISRESET)

    Thanks

RE: RSAT Error : Incorrect address or SOAP

    Hi,

You can get SOAP URL that needs to be put in the RSAT configuration in the web.config file. There will be a key called Infrastructure.SoapServicesUrl.
