It is possible to change the workflow type? The workflow structure is the same, but I need to create 3 types manually and is not a workflow small... Thanks!

This is not possible as each workflow does have its own internal references on steps etc. You can try to export and import the workflow configuration, but I do think there might be references to the workflow type as well. As alternative, you can try to alter the exported configuration and then import it back into a new type. Test it in a separate environment first.
