What is table TaxUncommitted use for ?

Hi,
May I know what is the use of table TaxUncommitted ? and whether this table has any relationship with Sales Order (Sales table & line) or Sales Invoice (CustInvoiceJour & trans) ?
By take a look at the table in AOT, it does not have any relation ->
 
There only CustInvoiceTable & line which if I'm not mistaken, these are for Free text invoices.
 
And how actually it is being used when talking about taxes which has actual tax amount which differ than calculated tax amount of sales order ?

    Hi Voltes,
     
    This table is used for storing temporary calculated or corrected tax information. When e.g you would open the Tax details from e.g. an invoice journal register, you can make changes to the amount and add more tax codes with amounts as a specification. The changes are then stored in this table until you click on Apply or Cancel the changes. So, like the table name, it is storing the uncommitted tax detail calculations/changes.

    This article mentioned that TaxTrans, TaxUncommitted, and TmpTaxWorkTrans are similar data sets, but in work differently.

    TaxTrans is the final posted tax transaction result persisted in the database.
    TaxUncommitted is the intermediate calculated tax result persisted in the database (if applicable), which will be used later in posting.
    TmpTaxWorkTrans is the temporary calculated tax result in the in-memory table (Table Type = InMemory).
