I created a contract entity .. some records of this entity were deleted ... is there at least how to see when it was deleted?
If Audit has been enabled (generally and on the Entity in question) you can see general delete actions (but not the actual deleted record details) under the Advanced Settings->Settings->Auditing->Audit Summary
You may also find some details in the Azure Security Centre logs (depending on your setup)..

You only can evaluate the delete actions for records through Audit logs (if enabled for this entity). I think would be the best and only option here at D365 application level. To recover the records, a restore could be performed into a new or existing environment. Please, considerer 28 days for production polity retention and 7 days for sandbox instances.
