Hi support team,

I have been working with the "Microsoft Recruiting Add-on App" launch in 2024. I have come across the following gaps/limitations. Mostly these are issues are related to Integration between Recruiting app and D365 HR app.

The Recruiting add-on app is not able to send important job information and education/skills information to the Dynamics 365 Finance and operation Human Resources Module. (pls refer to Gap-4 in below table)

We want to request for a future timeline as to when these major gaps/limitations would be addressed by Microsoft. Thank you

Gap 2	Requirement	Business	Recruiting App	Job Ads	Department Dropdown	Department information is not available in the recruiting app. HR team-maintained Department catalogue in D365 HR module already.
Gap 3	Requirement	Business	F&O - HR	Candidate	Candidate Job position / department	System is unable to identify to which job title employee will be hired. Job title is a free text field in Recruiting app, so suppose if someone is hiring for a job (which is vacant available in D365 HR module) and misspelled the job text in the Recruiting app - this will create data discrepancies in both systems.
Gap 4	Requirement	Business	F&O - HR	Candidate	Candidate personal info/work/education/skills	Candidate information is not getting published to F&O Information such as work history, education, skills etc. The candidate portal is introduced to make the life of the HR Team easy and therefore candidate fill out all his/her personal information within Candidate portal, thus it flows to Recruiting app for shortlisting and hiring a candidate. But the same set of information is not flowing through D365 HR database. So, the purpose of launching candidate is not fulfilling the base requirement of the HR Team for any organization.
Gap 5	Requirement	Business	Recruiting App		Candidate List	Recruiter is not able to view list of candidates with application applied and with status interview, online test, offer etc.
Gap 5	Requirement	Product	Recruiting App	Hiring Template>Step type		User cannot add custom step type if there is a requirement raised by any client.
Gap 6	Requirement	Product	Recruiting App		Interview	Proper Interview process is missing. The App is not allowing for any virtual/online link that can be sent to the candidate for Microsoft teams interview etc.
Gap 7	Requirement	Product	Recruiting App		Online Test	Proper Online test process is missing. The app is not allowing candidate to take online test directly via Recruiting app.
Gap 8	Requirement	Product	Recruiting App		CV filtration - for shortlisting candidates	Recruiter can't search resume via filtration.
Gap 9	Requirement	Product	Recruiting App	Email Template	Email templates limitations	Email template cannot allow to insert dynamic fields related to applicants.

Gap 15	Issue	Bug	Recruiting App	Candidates>Activities	Expand activity	Unable to view hiring template headings during activities update screen.
Gap 16	Issue	Business	Recruiting App	Job Ads draft to post option	job Ad can be manually shift to post	user can change status of job ads manually from draft to post and can go back as well. Reverting will result in issue with the job ads
