Issue with Registering native application with AAD for AX 7 Services

Hi All,

I have a local AX 7 VM and I have used Admin Provisioning Tool to make my AAD account (from my organization) as admin on my AX instance (link)

I am able to log into this AX 7 instance in browser and did some development basics successfully.

Now I am trying to consume AX7 Services in C# application, as part of this I worked with our Azure AD Admin and went thru "Register a native application with AAD" steps mentioned here.

In Step 10 "Permissions to other applications" we don't see "Microsoft Dynamics ERP" in the list.

Any help here would be really helpful.

Regards

Santosh.

This is because it does not find the way to the O365 tenant which has the AX7 subscription in O365.
    Can you check the following:

    • Does you O365 tenant have the AX7 subscription (I'm assuming that it has the subscription)
You can verify it on the microsoft online portal. Invoicing --> Subscriptions
    • Next, One of the key things is that your Azure subscription must be linked to your O365 subsription.
More detailed, you need to login to your Azure portal and import your O365 AAD in your Azure AAD's
To do this, you log on to azure with your azure account and create a new AAD.
In the wizard, select Existing directory. It will log you out and you log on with the O365 account and you will be able to use your O365 directory.
      See : https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/onenotedev/2015/04/30/set-up-your-office-365-and-azure-ad-tenant/#AssociateSubscriptions
Step : Associate an Azure subscription with your Office 365 subscription

At this point, the issue is solved for LCS deployed environments. I have not tried the same exact thing in combination with the Local machines.
