Cannot see Item number when creating inventiry journal lines

We uploaded item master data and everything looks good, except when we try to create an inventory movement journal, the item number combobox does not display any item in the journal lines. What can we be missing?

Hi

Check the items are released to the entity where you are creating inventory movement journal.

If not, release the items.

Yes, Items are released to the entity. IN fact, we are releasing items to several entities through table collections and a virtual entity.

Check if you provided all the basic setups for that released item.

Example : Item model group

If you create an new item (i.e. one that is not uploaded) does it appear in the drop-down on the movement journal line?

Did you validate item to ensure that you already enter all of necessary information
