Hi,

current nav version is 5.0 sp1.

the error occurs when i try to print labels. (shipping labels, std. package labels, etc..) currently i have a Windows XP as the print station. But latest eship requires me to upgrade the PC to windows 7 in order for the e-ship to work.

could someone please tell me what this ID is telling me what i am missing?

Debug the code and check where does it stops to identify where is the issue.

    Hi,

only NAV partner that developed this label printing can tell you which automation objects they have used, as it (dll) is missing from your machine
