Same issue, I have a lot of zombies
What happens to me is that the project name get deleted and then it become unusable (no owner)
That is polluting our production environment
@Microsoft That's a HUGE Bug that Microsoft has to solve ASAP!
It seems that there is no team working on the correction/evolution of the tool !
At least let us know if it's a dying platform and then we will move to another one instead of finding hint&tricks to make it work at a production level
