Print Button disable after giving print Reports for some Users

I Have customized table so i need to create if user click on Print Button for taking print it will give print only one time and then disable for some users not for all. It means higher authority had permission to print again the same content.

    I do not think there is something like this in standard code, so pointing you to some code is not really possible.

    But you will have to look at how buttons on forms are Enabled/Disabled, and then try to copy that logic, but expand it with what you need extra.

    You can look at Form SalesTable, button buttonUpdateInvoice

    The actual enable/disable of the button i done in the Class SalesTableForm, so you can look for it there.

    ok thanks.

    i get the logic behind on reprint process.

    but there is problem the print on screen/ viewer is still open .. but the user is already printed the Report.

    i want to close the print on screen/ viewer, when the user print in printer..

    Hey JEMT,

                In this case, you can do one thing make one menu item button or a button and give a command and use your code over it. In my scenario, i can resolve my issue like this.

    Because on button you can control easily as compare to print properties.

    If we can call/open menuitem(output). Thru code, then

    May be we close it in the same manner ??

    Hey Crispin,

    Im not using pdf file to print ..

    Actually, we already have plan,

    We put a series number on how many times they print... they need to send an email request for reprint even its a paper jam.

    My problem is report viewer is still open ..

    I want to close that after user print the report.

    Then i will proceed to the next part ..

    Please let me know, how could i do this ..
