inline images from email body are not reflecting when email is received in D365

1. we are fetching the body image from email and storing it in the blob when email is delivered to D365
2. via Retrieve multiple plugin for activitymimeentity we are retrieving the body images for email body image
however the plugin runs successfully, the email body show broken images in email body
