
I had configured to create tickets from emails. It is working fine as mentioned by Microsoft. The email that i am using in O365 has spam filter implemented. It is sometimes sending the good emails to that spam account. How can i overcome this issue. If I move the email to the inbox from junk folder, it does not create a ticket. What are my options?

You could set junk email filter rules in outlook in your O365 email.
