RTM Scoring models unpublishing themselves

Hi,

I created and published a few new RTM scoring models. These models went live and were active but i noticed they were not giving any points.
After checking on them a few hours later i noticed they had been reverted back to DRAFT mode instead of Live.

Strange, so i published them again later that afternoon, but still, im not getting any scoring from them. 

I checked again this morning and again they have reverted to DRAFT again.

What is going on! any suggestions?

    I am using the Customer Insights - Journeys trial version.
    Current version:1.1.35296.79
    2023 release wave 2 enabled.
     
    I did not reproduce your problem in my testing.
    Scoring models do not display scores immediately after they are created and will have to wait a few minutes.
     
    Please check that your scoring model conditions are set up correctly, as this will result in a failure to match to the appropriate lead.
    You can also update Customer Insights - Journeys to the latest version and try again.

    The issue is not that scores are being assigned. It takes a while, but the scoring does come. The issue is that a scoring model which is in Live state, will stop itself and revert to draft.
    I have opened a ticket for this. 

    Another issue im seeing is in the background where the Insights app is continuously updating/duplicating the lead scores without any activity further made for the lead all by itself.
    Seems like another ticket is needed.

    It was a know bug that has since been patched in version 1.1.35296.107

    I have the same Issue in my trial environment with Version 1.1.35296.107
    The Lead Scoring Model always stops working and went to draft mode.

    After I updated to 1.1.37290.66 today it works again. Looks like the Error is fixed now.

    Hi, its still not fixed as they have unpublished themselves again.
    Microsofts support say they intend to have a "permanent" fix ready by 1st weekend in April.

    Having this same issue. Appeared resolved after updating to 1.1.38813.71, but has returned.
