I want to make a module for delivery orders of the vehicle.
Now,I am not sure what fields to be used in the table inorder to create tables?
What are the tables that I need to create table or customize the already present tables?

take a look to this old nav solution (BS TMS for NAV - Transport Management System free to use addon) about transportation with delivery orders etc. can be useful to learn nav coding.
First identify what are the data you want to capture in the system and how you want to build your process. Then you group your data depending on the common criteria and decide what are the tables you required.
