I have been learning about CRM on my own. It is not the most efficient way. I want to know if I can create product specifications and better ways to create charts and views. And I would like to know what CRM is capable of to be as efficient as possible.
Is there a user guide or online training?

Nice point. I think you have basically four different approaches:
- Microsoft offers some certifications on Dynamics: there's the basic MB-901 and then the specific ones (Sales, Customer service, etc). These certifications have associated a training that is provided on learning centers.
- There are tons of literature available on different websites from many Publishers. "Fundamentals of CRM with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform", "Microsoft Dynamics 365 For Dummies", "Deploying Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Service" are a few examples.
- On Linkedin learning you have also several videos for generic & specific functionalities.
- Finally, on Microsoft Learn you have several (free) trainings as well: docs.microsoft.com/.../ and docs.microsoft.com/.../ are two starting points.
