RE: How to Import Bulk Worker Images in Talent through Data Management

    Hi Bagar,

I did a small test and you can use images in jpg format. Even with the original file name. So, you don't have to give them a GUID ID. In my case, I used "andre.jpg" and also put this in the Excel file.

The IDs in the Excel file are Party IDs; not the employee ID.

Make sure, you remain the structure of the zip file. I did extract the contents; replaced the Excel with my own data and copied images in the resources\person image folder.

    Hi Kashif,
We have a HcmPersonImageEntity DMF entity to Import Bulk Worker Images in Talent. You have to use package export to see how the images are being exported , each GUID is an image file name. The package (zip file) should include the excel file and a folder with all the images.
Here are the below steps for your reference
    1> Launch Talent
2> Go to System Administration> Data Management. Create a Person Image export. Click 'Export' button.

3>Then on the exported window (after export is completed). Download the package.

4> And then downloaded package Under Resources > Person image folder add the required images and then zipped the files
under Excel file (Person image.xlsx) you can add the images associated with the Personnel number.

    5. Import the package.

    Hi Kashif,

There is an entity called 'Person image' which would be possible to use. It is not an easy one. There is no worker field, but a party ID related to the person record. The images are exported and imported using a container field. This means that it needs the hexadecimal value of the file contents.

I haven't used this entity myself, so can't give any more guidance.
