New platform for partner communication?

Good Afternoon

I posted a question on the Partner Forums last year and have still not had an answer (https://partnersupport.microsoft.com/en-us/par_msdyn/forum/par_dynrms/gift-vouchers-not-saved-when-saving-a-work-order/bcb4d301-c49f-4cb5-88b7-17f32cfd3dca?messageId=a6ae3cc3-87b7-4d8b-a77f-c301bae2bc80).

These forums are no longer available, is there a new platform for these matters?

    Hi Tommy, this is one of the more active Microsoft Dynamics RMS forums from what I can see. I've not come across the voucher issue that was noted in the link in your comment. Have you contacted your assigned Microsoft Dynamics RMS Partner for assistance? If you do not have a Microsoft Dynamics RMS Partner, paid support is available via Microsoft directly at 888-477-7877 or we have 9 technicians that provide support at RITE and our support number is 888-267-7483.
