In the schedule board is there any possibility, manager can view their own resources forcast, he can't view other manager resource forcast ??

Hi,

In the schedule board is there any possibility, manager can view their own resources forcast in schedule board, he can't view other managers resource forcast in the schedule board ??

Have you looked at the standard security model, i.e. only giving manager's access to booking records (and maybe resource records) belonging to their team?

Hi,

You can change the privilege of the security role for your managers.

Go to Advanced Settings > Settings > Security > Users. Tick the user of your manager and Click the ‘MANAGE ROLES’ in the top to find the security role of the user.

Go to Advanced Settings > Settings > Security > Security Roles.

Find the security role of your manager and edit the privileges.

Set the Read privileges of ‘Bookable Resource’ and ‘Bookable Resource Booking’ as User level.

Assign bookable resources to certain managers and save it.

After saving, the manager can only see the Resources whose ownership is the manager.
