How to use new javascript file in EP user control

I have created new EP user control in visual studio but i am unable to refer or use the new JS file for that control.suggest how to add or refer the new JS file in visual studio user control that will reflect in Enterprise portal page.

    Hi Dhanasekhar,

    You will have to add a reference to the JavaScript file in the AXEP.js file located at

    C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\14\TEMPLATE\LAYOUTS\ep\scripts

    After this, you can reference any methods from the file in your control.

    Thanks for your reply,

    I have already saved the script files in the given path, but the problem i faced was i added my script source after loading all the library script files , so it showed me error , i myself solved the issue , thank you again
