Item not being able to select available lot for warehouse shipment

A client is trying to do a warehouse shipment, and the items exist in inventory and in the correct location and lot, but do not show up for the lot numbers selection/entry. Below are screenshots showing the item, availability by lot, warehouse shipment screens. Any ideas or something easy I am missing?

Do you have many other shipments for that item? Could it be allocated to other shipments/picks. The availability view doesn’t consider reservations
