I have a Windows Server 2008R2 server running SQL2012 that is currently hosting MS Dynamics GP 2016. We will call that Server1. I have backed up the databases and copied them over to what we will call Server 2. Server 2 is a Windows Server 2019 server with SQL 2012 installed. I have restored the databases to Server2 by following this guide: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/878449/how-to-transfer-an-existing-microsoft-dynamics-gp-microsoft-small-busi. I then installed Dynamics GP2016 with the same modules installed on Server1. I've installed MicrosoftDynamicsGP16-KB4468815-ENU.msp as well to bring the version up to 16.00.0744. However, when I try to run GP Utilities to update the datebases, I am getting the "There was a problem ascertaining product version information" error. I've checked the duinstall.log and here is what I am seeing:
Failure encountered ON 5/16/2020 at 3:52:34 AM. Error: You are attempting to configure an older version of product 0. Database 16.0.814 Code 16.0.741.

Followed by:

Failure encountered ON 5/16/2020 at 3:52:37 AM. Error: Product 4522 does not support upgrading from version 16.0.15.
No matter what I try, I am unable to get this to work. Can anyone provide guidance on where to go from here?
Thanks in advance,
Robby
