Hello,
If you want to add a logo before Dynamics 365 Business Central in the black strip (likely the navigation bar or header), you'll need to customize the Business Central extension UI. This can be done by modifying the profile configuration or by developing an extension using AL code to inject a logo.

You can add logo on the left of the black strip by using a custom theme from 365 Admin center if you are the administrator or you can add a text near the Environment in business central using the Company Information
