How to create a complete business process flow for entity (system or custom) by Javascript?

I have a custom mapper entity where I map system or custom entities with some of their fields. I want to create a complete business process flow or workflow for geocoding while mapping an entity so that the process becomes attached with that entity and run in background. I already have created a plugin for geocoding.

Is it possible to implement above scenario using Javascript?
