How to use Automatic Feedback Service without a BCC field

Hi all,

I have the following use case that my client has raised around bcc option within the marketing module of D365. 

The scenario

The ask is that we have a way of triggering the Trustpilot automatic feedback service (currently done through bcc on our existing platform for our welcome campaigns) in order to send out personalised Trustpilot review invites generating validated reviews.

I understand this can be achieved via action triggers in D365 Marketing. However, has this actually been implemented in the past by one of the members of the community - if so please can you reach out.
