Customer journeys emails are sent but not delivered

Hello,

We got first customer that want to fully use provided marketing module.

Everything was configured without problems according to videos on Microsoft site, but after creating segments with specific emails and everything that is needed for customer journey, creating journey with previously created records campaign starts, ends, every contact from segment has it's own email created and sent, there is no errors in CRM, jobs etc.

The only possible problem that we see is that Authenticated domains have a status "Keys not found on DNS", it is required to have these records on dnses to be able to send these emails?

Is there any other possibility to test this functionality?

    Hi Karol,

    if you have not setup DKIM to authenticate domains, the mails going to things like Hotmail, Gmail and a lot of large private organization addresses will end up in the junk folders of the recipients.  There can also be legal implications if this isn't implemented.  The link below contains more information on why you need to configure DKIM and also will explain how to set it up correctly.  If you need further assistance with the setup, please open a support request as the team is well versed in helping with this configuration.
