Trying to log in to Customer Source to download Great Plains 18.3 release. Every browser returns a runtime error for this page.
As Justin said,
this is likely because your browser has some 'memory' of an associated Microsoft account that is invalid to be used with Customer Source.
Using a Private Navigation windows usually solves the issue.

First I would try running your browser in whatever "In Private" mode it has. This way any cookies or previous login is wiped and you are starting fresh.
If that doesn't work then you can reach out to the website team at ITMBSSUP@microsoft.com and hopefully they can assist.
