Importing solution

Hi,

I am currently trying to import a solution (exported from prod) into trial. The exported solution does have VOC which is currently deprecated and there is no way i can install it on the trial. Could someone help me how can the solution be imported to trial. While importing it is basically asking VOC is missing.

Hi Ayaka,

Thanks for your response.

I did try this but does not seems to be working though.

Created a new solution and add all the components but while importing the solution it still asks for installing voc.

Seems like the only way is to voc solution which i dont want to do.

Please re-export a solution without VOC and import it into trial environment.

You cannot import a solution when missing components are included in.

I recommend you to raise a support ticket for further investigation if the issue is not resolved.
