When we send Quotes from Sales, it is sent via the built in mail handler rather than Outlook.
Is there a way to send directly using Outlook as the handler? I realise we can save the Quote PDF and attach it, but that seems clunky and will end up with hundreds of PDF quotes being deposited on the users Downloads area..
On a related note, we sometimes have the requirement to simply send a quick quote in the body of an email (not attached). How is this best achieved please?
