I have created a general journal in company A and posted. The system displayed error messege "Intercompany posting is missing" . Any help will be welcome.

It sounds like you did not configure "Intercompany Accounting" on both companis (company when you created the journal, and the company you are posting into.
GL > Setup > Posting > Intercompany Accounting
Which version of AX are you using? You talk about company A. Are there other companies included in the posting? As Zvika said: check the setup.
