Hello,

I want to restrict access to some requesters to the procurement Category.

Example: I want one or two user to be able to view only a particular Category when adding the requisitions lines.

I noticed that purchasing policies applied to a whole entity or company and it doesn’t work in my case.

As there a way I can restrict access to a couple of requesters only?

Hello Zaheen,

Can you plase explain your requirement and why purchasing policies do not fit your needs?

You can assign specific categories to specific departments, you do not have to choose a complete legal entity or company.

To do this, you should create a department hierarchy or assign your current department hierarchy with Procurement Internal Control role.
