On the Lead form, we want to see a grid of other leads that come from the same company. I want to avoid creating additional entities and relationships. Does anyone have a solution that would query the leads on company name and show those records on the lead form for matching company name? Looking for a creative solution that will not interfere with lead import and relationships.

I agree with andrey, the only way I can think of is PCF control.
