Lead form: Show related leads from same company

On the Lead form, we want to see a grid of other leads that come from the same company.   I want to avoid creating additional entities and relationships.   Does anyone have a solution that would query the leads on company name and show those records on the lead form for matching company name?   Looking for a creative solution that will not interfere with lead import and relationships.

    Hi Richard Magee,

    I completely disagree with Kapil Khanduja. I am fulfilling similar scenarios by using one of the below methods as per the needs of my clients:

    1. HTML (Note: This is the easiest way for me)
    2. Canvas App
    3. Power Apps Component Framework

    I agree with andrey, the only way I can think of is PCF control.
