hardware requirements for dynamics 365 server

We have a client with hp ml 350 g10 server with Intel Xeon Bronze 3106 CPU 1,70 GHz OctaCore but we'd seen the recommended Requirements for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Server in a Full Server Configuration Processor are a Quad-Corex64 arc 2 GHz AMD Opteron or Intel Xeon. We need to know if the present processor should be enought for the recommended Requirements, the actual processor is 1,7GHZ but is an octacore processor instead of a quad core with 2,0 GHZ recommended. There Will be less tan 10 users for Microsoft dynamics 365. Besides the server is from last year (2018) and we'll try to avoid to change the processor if it's posible.

I think we'd need to understand the hardware architecture you plan on implementing a bit more... Single server with app and sql (bad idea)? 3 server (App - Front End, App - Backend, SQL)? Virtualised? ADFS/IFD?

Personally, based on a vanilla implementation I expect your server to be adequate for 10 users in a 2/3 server config (App server(s) & dedicated SQL).

You'd do better speaking with MS direct on this. If it is not deemed adequate by MS they could refuse to support the implementation.
